At Shizen, nothing but the Best products that can be ordered are Served. The Chefs work with a magnitude of products from real Crab meat to Wild Sockeye Salmon. Serving a variety of dishes which are exclusive to Shizen Sushi, some items have become a "must have" to many of our regular customers orders.

If you don't see a specific item on the menu, don't hesitate to ask one of the staff. More often than not the Chefs can make something that can satisfy your taste buds. If you feel like experimenting and making up a roll. The Chefs can help you with that as well, if time allows .
